A man accused of murder was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $500,000 bond.

Danny Kendzierski, 34, of 7 Maygar St., was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court for allegedly shooting to death Lamine Wilson, 32, of Toledo.

Mr. Wilson was shot once in the back in East Toledo's Birmingham neighborhood.

Also shot in the Friday morning incident was Kenneth Lee, 27, also of Toledo. Mr. Lee's injuries were nonlife threatening, officials said.

Mr. Kendzierski has not been charged with shooting Mr. Lee, although additional charges could be filed.

Judge Michael Goulding denied a funeral furlough request for the suspect, who is to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Friday. It was not clear what funeral he wished to attend.

The victim's family declined to comment after the arraignment.
