Bond set at $10,000 for suspect in North Toledo pizza shop robbery
1/4/2013Police say a man accused of robbing a North Toledo pizza shop was identified by employees who recognized the suspect as a customer.
Daniel Huggins, 37, of 807 Walnut St., is charged with one count of robbery for the Dec. 24 hold up of Little Caesars Pizza, 3145 Lagrange St.
Huggins was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court and ordered to be held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
Police say a man went into the pizza shop, acting as if he had a weapon, and robbed the store of $145, according to court documents.
Huggins is to appear in court again Monday.
