Cordero Young, 23, of Southfield, Mich., a former dealer at Hollywood Casino Toledo, was sentenced in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday to serve three years of community control, to pay $430 in restitution, and to perform 60 hours of community service.
Also as a part of Judge Linda Jennings’ sentence, he was ordered not to enter the casino.
Gaming officials saw Young and co-defendant Toyree Hawthorne of Detroit cheat while playing craps at the casino June 24. Both men entered pleas and were found guilty of one count of casino cheat, a fifth-degree felony.
Hawthorne was sentenced in October to three years of community control.
