BOWLING GREEN — Two teens charged with drawing a swastika and writing “white power” in chalk on the driveway at the home of Louis Orr, men’s basketball coach at Bowling Green State University, were ordered Tuesday to meet with the coach.

Wood County Juvenile Court Judge David Woessner said the youths are to meet with Coach Orr at the request of the prosecutor’s office. The boys are to be back in court Feb. 14 for disposition of the charges against them — delinquency in connection with ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief.

The discussions may impact how the cases are resolved, the judge said.

Mr. Orr, who is black, called police after his wife found the markings Oct. 14.
