A man charged in the stabbing death of a West Toledo woman has been re-indicted on charges that could send him to prison for life without the possibility of parole if he’s convicted.

James Millard Day, Sr., 66, of 2519 Auburn Ave. was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury on a charge of murder with specifications that allege the crime was sexually motivated, that he is a repeat violent offender, and that he is a sexually violent predator. Day is charged in the death of Joan Watson, 49, who was found in her West Sylvania Avenue apartment Jan. 13.
