A Toledo man accused of starting a fire inside his grandmother’s West Toledo home was indicted Thursday by a Lucas County grand jury on three felonies.

Kevin Lammie, 21, was indicted for two counts of aggravated arson and one count of burglary.

According to Toledo police, Lammie had been living with his grandmother on Isha Laye Way and had argued with her about money.

Two days later, on March 13, he allegedly broke into her house by smashing a window on an attached garage, poured gasoline in multiple places around the house, and ignited several pieces of furniture.
