BOWLING GREEN – A former Wood County Park District ranger pleaded guilty today to charges he secretly videotaped women and a child changing clothes inside park facilities in 2011.

John T. Millinger, 27, of Maumee, admitted to the offenses which took place at the W.W. Knight Preserve in Perrysburg Township and at Otsego Park at State Routes 65 and 235, pleading guilty to 11 counts of voyeurism, three counts of theft in office, and one count of tampering with evidence.

Under a plea agreement, prosecutors said they would recommend a 54-month prison sentence and would not oppose judicial release after Millinger serves six months.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex accepted the pleas and scheduled sentencing for June 18.
