Bond set at $1 million for suspect in December homicide

He is the last of 3 suspects in the case

A city man accused in a December homicide was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court.

Daquaine Booth, 25, of 3314 Cherry St., was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $1 million bond; he is charged with murder.

The suspect, the third to be picked up in the death of Brian Minley, was arrested Wednesday in the 400 block of Bronson Street.

Also charged with murder are Ashley Hundstrucker, of 3940 Lockwood Ave., and Kevin Brooks, of 3208 Maple St., both 23.

Both remain in the jail, also on bonds of $1 million.
