Three men accused of robbing a West Toledo bar last month were indicted Monday by a Lucas County grand jury.

David Smith, 22, of 1040 Oakdale Ave. and Anthony Martin, 19, of 247 Mayberry St. each were indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, while Russell Kiker, 21, of Temperance was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification. Mr. Smith also was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence.

According to Toledo police, a man wearing a red bandana over his face pointed a 45-caliber handgun at the bartender at the Six Pack Bar and Grill, 3223 W. Sylvania Ave., on June 28 and demanded money. After obtaining several hundred dollars, the robber then fled in a waiting car, which was stopped by police within minutes of the hold-up.
