OTTAWA, Ohio -- Michael Aaron Fay, the 17-year-old accused in a double homicide, made his first appearance as an adult in court today.
His attorney, William Kluge, entered not guilty pleas on his behalf to two counts of aggravated murder in the May 9 death of Blaine Romes, 14, and Blake Romes, 17.
Not guilty pleas were also entered during an arraignment today in Putnam County Common Pleas Court to abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and theft of a vehicle.
Common Pleas Judge Randall Basinger set bond at $5 million and ordered him to continue to be held in the Wood County Juvenile Detention Facility in Bowling Green.
