A Toledo man who admitted he unloaded and distributed shipments of cocaine at an Angola Road garage in Holland was sentenced Tuesday to a year and a day in prison.

U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey Helmick imposed the sentence on Charles Johnson, 56, who pleaded guilty in April to conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. Prosecutors said co-defendant Albert Weathers, 45, of Holland would have cocaine delivered to his business, Monster Garage Complete Automotive & Detailing, where Johnson would receive, purchase, or distribute the drug at the direction of Weathers.

Weathers pleaded guilty in January to the same charge and a count of attempt to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. He has not been sentenced.
