A Temperance lawyer has lost his license to practice law in Ohio indefinitely.

The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday indefinitely suspended the law license of Asad Sadallah Farah for multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct after he failed to submit a settlement agreement in a client’s visitation rights case. The case was dismissed, and the client had to refile it with a new attorney.

Mr. Farah, who already had been suspended for one year from another matter, did not answer the complaint against him or appear at disciplinary proceedings. In its 7-0 decision to suspend his license indefinitely, the court cited his conduct, his prior disciplinary offense, and his failure to cooperate in the proceedings.
