L.A. man gets 4 years for shooting bouncer

A Los Angeles man who shot a bouncer at a downtown night club was sentenced Wednesday to four years in prison.

Gregory Burgess, 23, was found guilty last month in Lucas County Common Pleas Court of felonious assault with a firearms specification.

Judge Gary Cook imposed the sentence for the June 9 shooting of Miguel Garcia, 22, outside Club Ellyzees, 319 N. Superior St.
