U.S. District Court Judge Jack Zouhary on Friday ordered a Bowling Green man convicted of possessing child pornography to pay $2,500 in restitution to some of his young victims.

Phillip S. Butler, 34, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in June to 20 years in prison after he was convicted on three counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count each of distribution of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and possession of child pornography. Investigators found Butler in possession of some 20,000 images and 3,000 video files.
