A Toledo man who assaulted, abducted, and threatened his on-again, off-again girlfriend pleaded guilty Tuesday to three felonies.

Larry Franco, Jr., 21, of 914 Willow Ave. was found guilty of domestic violence, abduction, and intimidation of a victim or witness by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Myron Duhart. He faces up to seven years and five months in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 15.

Franco was convicted Feb. 6 in Toledo Municipal Court of assaulting Kayla Larson, with whom he has a child.

As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors plan to ask the court to dismiss additional charges of rape, abduction, and aggravated robbery at the time of sentencing.
