An Oak Harbor, Ohio, woman who allegedly brought illegal drugs to her son in prison was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Ann Goode, 42, was indicted on three counts of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility. Her son, Zachary Redfern, 21, an inmate at Toledo Correctional Institution, was indicted on three counts of complicity.

According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, Ms. Goode was visiting Redfern at the prison Oct. 9 when she allegedly passed him a small amount of marijuana, crushed Percocet pills, and 2.5 Alprazolam pills.
