Judge Arnold to discuss state’s anti-bullying law

Chief Monroe County Probate Judge Frank Arnold will speak at the Women’s Club luncheon at the Monroe Golf and Country Club at noon Tuesday.

Judge Arnold, chairman of the Monroe County Anti-Bullying Task Force, will discuss bullying and protections under Michigan state law.
