Arraignment today for suspect in Feb. 2 death

A homicide suspect who turned himself in to police Monday morning will be arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court. Rishad Williams, 21, of 421 W. Manhattan Blvd., is charged with one count of murder for the Feb. 2 shooting death of Michael Williams, Jr., 24.

The victim was shot in the 1500 block of Ottawa Drive.

Also charged with murder in that case is Tyrone Hoskins, Jr., 23, of 628 Woodland Ave. Mr. Hoskins is still wanted by police. They ask that anyone with information about Mr. Hoskins' whereabouts call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
