St. Francis break-in earns 3 years in prison

One of two Toledo men who broke into St. Francis de Sales High School and stole money from a kitchen safe was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison.

Aaron Eschmann, 45, of 5728 Rudyard Rd., Sylvania, was ordered by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Frederick McDonald to pay $1,170 in restitution.

Eschmann and Robert Myrice, II, 41, of 1957 W. Alexis Rd. pleaded no contest and were found guilty last month of attempted burglary for the Dec. 21 incident. Myrice is to be sentenced March 11.
