Toledo man indicted 
in slaying of ex-wife

A Toledo man charged with strangling his ex-wife and leaving her body in a running vehicle in a Fulton County field was indicted Monday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Ronald Boaston, 41, of 1126 Amanda Circle was indicted on two counts of murder for the Feb. 14 death of Brandi Gonyer-Boaston, 28, of Springfield Township. Investigators say she was killed at the Amanda Circle residence then driven to a field on Fulton County Road N between County Road 8 and State Rt. 109 in Royalton Township near Delta.

Mr. Boaston has been held in the Lucas County jail since his arrest April 10.
