A man suspected of twice trying to set fire to the West Toledo Masonic Complex is to be arraigned Tuesday on two felony charges.

Nathan Wietrzykowski, 25, of 650 Pearl St. was indicted Thursday by a Lucas County grand jury for arson and attempted arson stemming from incidents May 21 and June 2 at the complex at 5025 Secor Rd.

Arrested June 10 by the Northwest Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Mr. Wietrzykowski is to appear before Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Frederick McDonald.

According to court records, he allegedly threw a brick, followed by a Molotov cocktail, through a window at the complex May 21. Surveillance video showed him making a similar attempt June 2 but he dropped the gas-filled container and burned himself.
