Probate judge to talk in Bedford Twp.

Probate Judge Frank Arnold will give a presentation at the Bedford Senior Center, 1653 Samaria Rd., at 11:45 a.m. Friday on guardianships, conservatorships, living wills, and powers of attorney.

Judge Arnold will answer questions after the presentation.

The judge’‍s appearance is part of his public service educational series.
