John Mayer, Christina Aguilera, and Jennifer Hudson are among the stars set to perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

Mayer will perform in honor of Albert King with Gary Clark, Jr., then induct the late bluesman. Aguilera and Hudson will salute Donna Summer. Foo Fighters Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins will induct Rush and hall of fame member Don Henley will induct Randy Newman at the April 18 ceremony in Los Angeles.

Public Enemy and Heart will also enter the hall of fame, along with lifetime achievement award winners Quincy Jones and Lou Adler. More performers and presenters will be announced later.

The ceremony will be broadcast May 18 on HBO.

Academy Awards

British singer Adele will return to the stage next month after a year absence to perform her Oscar-nominated song "Skyfall" at the 85th Academy Awards, the show's producers said on Wednesday.

The song is the first Bond theme to be nominated for the original song award at the Oscars since "For Your Eyes Only" in 1981.

The Feb. 24 show will be Adele's first live performance since the Grammy Awards last April and the first time she will perform "Skyfall" live. She has kept a low profile since giving birth to a son last October.

NAACP Image Awards

Comedian-TV talk show host Steve Harvey is hosting next month's NAACP Image Awards.

The organization said Tuesday that presenters will include Django Unchained nominees Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx. Queen Latifah and Tony Goldwyn also will be among the presenters. Dennis Haysbert will be the announcer for the live broadcast.

The awards honor diversity in the arts. Contenders for the top movie prize are Flight, Django Unchained, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Red Tails, and Tyler Perry's Good Deeds.

The 44th annual ceremony is scheduled to air Feb. 1 on NBC.

Kids' Choice Awards

Josh Duhamel, star of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, on Wednesday was named host of Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, which will be broadcast from the Galen Center in Los Angeles on March 23.

The Kids' Choice Awards honor kids' favorites in film, music, sports, and television by tallying the votes of kids online and via mobile devices. During the show, green slime is routinely dumped on celebrities, and winners receive trophies shaped like blimps.

Last year's awards, hosted by Will Smith, drew 6.2 million viewers.

Will Milan Pique Mebarak be a famous pop singer liker his Colombian mother, or an international soccer star like his father, Barcelona defender Gerard Pique?

"Welcome Milan Pique Mebarak and congratulations to Shakira and Gerard Pique. What would you prefer as a present for the baby, a microphone, or some [soccer] boots?" Manchester City striker Sergio "Kun" Agüero wrote Wednesday on Twitter.

Shakira, 35, gave birth to her first child Tuesday in the northeastern Spanish city of Barcelona. Both the boy and mother were said to be in fine health.
