Heidi Brewer, 40, of Palmyra, Mich., March 31, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, Multiple blunt trauma sustained from auto accident.
Thomas Dalrymple, 89, of Toledo, April 14, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, craniocerebral injuries; deceased found at the bottom of basement stairs.
Rolland Dusseau, 77, of Erie, Mich., March 16, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, subdural hematoma; deceased fell at home.
Dalon Fisher, 2 weeks, March 26, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, blunt head trauma and hypoxic encephalopathy.
David Grond, 48, of Bryan, March 3, at Toledo Hospital. Suicide, acute combined drug toxicity; deceased overdosed self while a patient in the hospital.
