Jacqueline Bialorucki, 89, of Toledo, Jan. 8, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Accidental, complications of a hip fracture; deceased had unwitnessed fall at home.

Barbara Caldell, 50, of Toledo, Oct. 16, at home. Accidental, probable tramadol toxicity.

Joseph Cleani, 58, of Napoleon, Nov. 4, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of blunt-force trauma to head; deceased fell at rehabilitation facility.

Mavin Hamilton, 9, of Fostoria, Nov. 17 at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, blunt-force trauma to head and torso; deceased was struck by auto.

Krisey Henderson, 48, of Toledo, Oct. 9, home in 3400 block of W. Alexis. Accidental, hypertrohic obstructive cardiomyopathy; acute combined drug intoxication.
