Coroner’s rulings

The Lucas County coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Diamond Barkley, 35, of Toledo, Oct. 23, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, cor pulmonale.

Crejonnia Bellholcomb, 19, of Toledo, Nov. 19, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, exsanguination (blood loss) due to multiple gunshot wounds.

Gary Brewer, 36, of Toledo, Dec. 9, at home. Accidental, hanging by the neck due to auto-erotic asphyxia.

Hilda Collins, 82, of Port Clinton, Dec. 18, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased fell at home.

Tracy Curry, 47, of Oregon, Oct. 13, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity with suboxone and elavil being the principal agents.

Dikran Kassabian, 91, of Toledo, Dec. 26, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio on South Detroit. Accidental, acute bronchopneumonia; deceased fell at home.

Leo Miedler, 85, of Toledo, Dec. 1, at Swan Creek nursing home. Accidental, probable choking.

Geraldine Palmer, 94, of Toledo, Dec. 13, at Foundation Park nursing home. Accidental, pneumonia following fracture of left femur; deceased fell out of wheelchair in nursing home.

Sean Prentice, 27, of Monclova, Oct. 18, at home. Suicide, self-inflicted gunshot wound of head.

Reba Watson, 66, of Toledo, Oct. 9, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Undetermined, massive hepatic necrosis due to acute acetaminophen toxicity.
