Beckham Armola, 10 days, of Sylvania, March 16, at Toledo Hospital. Undetermined, sudden unexpected infant death while co-sleeping with adult and sibling.

Agnes Barnhart, 90, of Tiffin, March 28, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt-force trauma to neck; deceased slipped and fell at home.

Matthew Bohnsack, 42, of Toledo, Dec. 2, at home. Accidental, combined ethanol and drug toxicity.

Terrence Casaubon, 55, of Toledo, Dec. 12, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Robert Eisel, 72, of Berkey, Dec. 6, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased fell off ladder.
