Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800. 

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.  

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Chow/shepherd mix, tan/black male, failed behavior evaluation — food guarder, Hill Avenue and Centennial Road, Springfield Township, running at large.

Husky/Australian shepherd mix, gray/black/white male, failed behavior evaluation — food guarder, surrendered by Emily Beheide, Montebello Road, Toledo.

Boxer, brindle/white male, too aggressive to give behavior evaluation, no address, running at large.

Beagle/black/tan/white male, failed behavior evaluation — food guarder, Judge Drive, Toledo, running at large.

Jack Russell mix, tan/white/black male, failed behavior evaluation — snapped at handler, Country Walk Lane, Sylvania Township, running at large.

“Pit bull,” tan/white male, failed behavior evaluation — guarded things other than food, including toys and rawhide items, Tecumseh Street, Toledo, running at large.
