Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800. 

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.  

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

“Pit bull” mix, tan/sable/white female, too aggressive to handle safely for behavior evaluation test, North University Boulevard, Toledo, running at large.

“Pit bull,” brown/white male, badly injured leg, euthanasia recommended by veterinarian, Belmont Avenue, Toledo, running at large.

Shepherd/collie mix, tan/black/white male, too aggressive to handle safely for behavior evaluation test, surrendered by Richard Philips, West Hazelhurst Avenue, Toledo.
