Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Great Pyrenees, white male, licensed, bite history, surrendered by Robert Zylka, Jr., Shoreland Avenue, Toledo.

"Pit bull" mix, two males and a female -- tan and white, orange and white, and red and white respectively -- all licensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because the dogs had parvo, surrendered by Dana Sherman, Gasser Street, Toledo.

"Pit bull" mix, black and white male, unlicensed, stray, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of poor quality of life (dog had severe muscle loss in rear legs, problem walking), Mulberry Street, Toledo.

"Pit bull," red and white female, unlicensed, dog aggression, Clark Street, Toledo, running at large.
