Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

“Pit bull,” red and white female, too young for license, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of poor quality of life (dog was emaciated, left foot not supporting weight, old break and atrophy on right front leg), Pinewood Avenue, Toledo.

Labrador/shepherd mix, black female, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, Willamont Road, Toledo.

Rottweiler, black and tan female, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia because of poor quality of life (dog had trouble standing/eating, ill), surrendered by Martin Kenyatta, Prospect Avenue, Toledo.
