Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Dogs killed

Dogs killed Nov. 13 and 14 by Lucas County Dog Warden Julie Lyle:

Pekingese, tan male, unlicensed stray, veterinarian recommended due to quality of life (severe dental disease, difficulty breathing, an irregular heartbeat, and severe pain walking), Hampton Avenue, Toledo.

“Pit bull” and American bulldog mix, licensed, tan and white male, bite history, surrendered by Jeremy Hindall, Airline Avenue, Toledo.

Rottweiler and Shar Pei mix, black and orange male, unlicensed stray, bite history, location not specified.

“Pit bull” mix, brindle male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (blind, hip issues, age), surrendered by Amy Orris, Autokee Street, Oregon.

Retriever, orange and white female, unlicensed, fearful/unsafe, Potter Street, Toledo, running at large.

Rottweiler mix, black and orange male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (age, large mass on right side), surrendered by Rudy Walls, Fairview Drive, Toledo.

Labrador mix, black and white male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (age), surrendered by Rudy Walls, Fairview Drive, Toledo.

Spaniel mix, white and black male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (age), surrendered by Rudy Walls, Fairview Drive, Toledo.
