For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $100 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

“Pit bull,” brindle and white male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 4/4 on Aug. 20), surrendered by Diane Chandler, Nebraska Avenue, Toledo.

“Pit bull” mix, tan and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling (scored 3/5 on Aug. 20), surrendered by Diane Chandler, Nebraska Avenue, Toledo.

Bulldog, brown and black male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (elderly, severely ill), surrendered by Rubbie Hardeman, Burwell Drive, Toledo.

Chow chow/German shepherd mix, orange male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling (scored 5/5 on Aug. 21), East Delaware Avenue, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

Labrador retriever, tan and brown female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling (scored 5/5 on Aug. 21), Broadway Street, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.
