•S.N.i.P. - Spaying/Neutering Prevention Program offers reduced fee vouchers to low income and multiple pet owner families to help defray the costs of spaying or neutering their dogs and cats. •Foundation for Intercultural Travel, a State Department designated exchange visitor program: now matching international students ages 15-18 with host families in the area. Families of all types eligible, from two-parent families to retired couples and single parent families.
