t Block Watch 422A will meet 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 11 in the basement of the Memorial United Church of Christ, 1301 Starr Ave. at Plymouth Street. Parking is available on Starr next to the church near White Street. The Block Watch covers Starr Avenue north to Navarre Avenue, and East Broadway east to the railroad tracks, near Howland Street. All area East Toledo neighbors as well as business owners are welcome to attend the meeting. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month.
