Recycling Day, sponsored by the Eastwood High School band, is scheduled Dec. 13. Drop-off times are 9 a.m. until noon at the municipal utilities complex and in Stony Ridge on Oak Street near the community park. Items accepted include newspapers, magazines, phone books, aluminum cans, tin cans, and glass and plastic containers with a #1 or #2 recyclable symbol. Program helps support the Eastwood band.
