Bono

The 6th Annual All Vehicle Car Show will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 20 at Bono Baptist Church. Registration begins at 10 a.m. with coffee and doughnuts; registration is $10. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be served from noon to 1:30 p.m. Door prizes and awards will be given. Kids activities and an ice cream eating contest start at 2:30 p.m. Information: 419-836-2000.

Luckey

Luckey Summerfest 2009 takes place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 20 in the village. The event features food, entertainment, a car show, and community garage sales. Free parking.

Rossford

Friends of Toledo Day Nursery will host In Another Garden Tour 2009 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. June 20 in Eagle Point Colony. Thirteen gardens will be on view, plus gift vendors, live music, and mini lectures on garden topics will be offered throughout the day. Walbridge

A Classic Car and Motorcycle Show is scheduled from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. June 27 at Mainstreet Church, 5465 Moline-Martin Rd. The family event will also feature food, children s activities, and a cruise. Registration is from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Dash-plaques will be given to the first 75 entries, along with trophy and plaque awards. Toledo

Toledo historical and architectural cruises on the Maumee River aboard the Sandpiper boat are presented by the Maumee Valley Heritage Corridor. The two-hour cruises take place from 1-3 p.m. Sept. 6 and from 8-10 p.m. Aug. 10. Local historian Fred Folger tells stories and points out sights. Two groups of students from France are to be in the Toledo area this summer through The World Exchange, a nonprofit educational organization. The first group will be here July 13-Aug 1 and the second group from Aug. 1-20. The students are aged 14-18, have full insurance, and are fairly fluent in English. Host families are required to provide a bed, daily meals, and time to help students experience as much of American life as possible.
