A donor who wishes to remains anonymous has given Food for Thought a sport-utility vehicle to tow the nonprofit organization's mobile food pantry.

The donated 1999 Chevrolet Suburban will be used to tow the pantry, which picks up food, delivers to five sites each month, and transports items to the main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library every Saturday for distribution to the area's homeless.

Food For Thought, which has a food pantry housed at New Harvest Christian Church in Oregon, serves about 350 sack lunches in downtown Toledo every Saturday morning.
