After school hours, the Birmingham Branch Library on Paine Avenue in EAst Toledo bustles with activity. for instance, Librarian Julie McCann reads a book to and shares its drawings with a group of children during the program.
During a break, Constacine DeVault, 12, serves cookies.
Another part of the program is a puppet show, all to promote the art of storytelling.
