Woodward High School seniors Cierra Roy, left, and Donyell Sullivan shop at the Prom Dress Extravaganza at Owens Community College in Perrysburg Township. The college's Raising Awareness Club arranged the event to give high schoolers a chance to buy prom finery at minimum cost.
