Oregon council renews city's insurance

Oregon City Council has renewed the city's general liability insurance coverage for the next year and approved an initial  premium of $183,350 and later premium adjustments.

 The coverage is obtained through Ohio Plan Risk Management Inc. and administered by the Hylant Group. The city advertised for and received three bids for the coverage and found that continuing with Hylant involved the lowest cost for the liability, property, vehicle, and related coverage.
