Local historian to speak and sign book at library

Larry Michaels, a local author and historian, will speak about his new book, East of the Maumee River: A Pictorial History of East Toledo, Oregon, and Other Communities East of the River, at the Rossford Public Library at 2 p.m. March 9. The Oregon resident will also hold a book signing.
