Cooper Tire suspends output at sites in 4 states

FINDLAY - Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. said yesterday it has suspended production for two weeks at plants in four states because of low demand.

The plants are in Findlay; Texarkana, Ark.; Albany, Ga.; and Tupelo, Miss. Spokesman Roger Hendriksen said the company has interrupted production previously this year.
