■ John Getchey has been promoted to senior vice president for investments, senior housing at Health Care REIT in Toledo. He will manage the company’s senior housing and care underwriting process.

■ Dan Klein has been promoted to senior vice president of the medical facilities group at Health Care REIT, managing the company’s business development and origination for the group.
