ACHIEVEMENTS

■ John Gallagher has been named vice president and market manager for Cumulus Media’s radio stations in the Toledo market. He replaces Matt Spaulding, who will move to the same role in Cumulus’ Ann Arbor market. Mr. Gallagher was previously vice president of sales for Cumulus stations in Kansas City.

■ PNC Financial Services Group has promoted Jeffrey Carevic to senior vice president and regional manager for Toledo. He will be responsible for PNC’s retail branch network in the Toledo market.

■ John T. Murray, Leslie O. Murray, and Michael J. Stewart of Murray & Murray Attorneys in Sandusky have been honored with the Public Interest Law Award at the Access to Justice Awards held by Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Legal Aid of Western Ohio, and the Toledo Bar Association Pro Bono Legal Services Program. The award was granted in recognition of their work in a case they brought to protect fundamental liberties of Hispanic farmworkers.

■ Gary Cooper, chief operating officer of Oakwood, Ohio-based Cooper Farms, will discuss “Sustainable business practices in northwest Ohio” at the monthly Northwest Ohio Ag-Business Breakfast Forum, from 8-9:30 a.m. June 20. ■ A free workshop for small-business owners will explain subcontracting opportunities available through Test Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, a NASA prime contractor responsible for the maintenance and operation of NASA’s Plum Brook Station in Sandusky. The workshop will be from 1-3 p.m. June 28 at the Ida Rupp Public Library, 310 Madison Street, Port Clinton. Seating is limited. ■ The National Bank of Ohio will host its annual customer appreciation luncheon from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. June 28 at its offices in Oak Harbor, Curtice, Port Clinton, and Oregon. The bank is celebrating its 79th anniversary.
