Hylant to offer analysis of acquisitions

Toledo-based Hylant Inc., a privately owned insurance brokerage firm, announced Monday that it has launched a new Private Equity Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

The segment will provide support for all phases of the merger and acquisition process for small and mid-sized firms. Hylant will use data and analytics to determine a potential deal’s strengths, weaknesses, and risks.
