Buckeye CableSystem plans job fair Tuesday

Buckeye CableSystem will hold a job fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at The Pinnacle, 1772 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee.

The company has openings for direct sales consultants; a director of residential security, monitoring, and home automation (SMA) services; systems engineers; design support specialists; service, line, and apprentice technicians; line person-construction; BCSN production support staff; technical support specialists; converter representatives; graphic and Internet specialists; utility project specialists, and sales specialists.

“Buckeye CableSystem is excited to bring new and best technologies to our customers’ homes and to prepare for this, we are bullish on finding and hiring the best talent from our community,” said Jeff Abbas, president of Buckeye CableSystem.

Buckeye CableSystem is owned by Block Communications Inc., parent company of The Blade.

The job opportunities are in the Toledo area, Erie County, and southeast Michigan.

Applicants should bring updated resumes and photo identification and should dress in appropriate attire.
