Gross revenue was down by about $5.2 million last month at Hollywood Casino Toledo compared to the same time last year, according to the Ohio Casino Control Commission.

June’s revenue totaled $15.2 million, down from $20.4 million during last year’s first full month of operations for the casino, which opened May 29, 2012.

Slot-machine revenue decreased to $11.2 million last month from $17.7 million in June, 2012, while table-game revenue grew from $2.6 million to $2.9 million, the casino commission said.

Statewide revenue from Ohio’s four casinos for June increased from $46.5 million last year to $68.6 million this year, influenced heavily by the March 4 opening of Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati.
