■ The Toledo franchise of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing won the president’s award by Clockwork Home Services, the franchisor for the chain. It is the company’s top award.

■ Dr. Robin Shermis and Dr. Daniel Dessner have been named fellows of the American College of Radiology, which recognizes members for distinctive accomplishments in service, teaching, or research. Both are members of Toledo Radiological Associates.
