ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Jori Jex has been named executive director of the Valentine Theatre. She had been the theater’s general manager since 2010. Dawne Garrett was named the theater’s box-office manager.

■ Erica O'Donnell has been named director of finance at Hollywood Casino Toledo. She joined the firm in 2012 and was most recently senior financial leader.

■ Sandusky-based O.E. Meyer Co. has been named the top North American Independent Distributor by Hypertherm, the world’s largest manufacturer of plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting systems. O.E. Meyer has facilities in Fremont, Bowling Green, and Walbridge.

■ John Goodey has been named senior vice president of Toledo-based Health Care REIT. He will lead the firm’s London office, managing a United Kingdom portfolio of about $2 billion. He was most recently managing director for health-care investment banking for Barclays.

■ Health Care REIT was recognized by HealthInvestor Magazine as 2014 Property Investor of the Year, recognizing excellence and innovation in the United Kingdom health-care sector.
